For our first iteration in July 2022, Chef Brian Han challenged himself to create a monochromatic menu for each course, and we collaborated with artists to create spaces throughout the property that paired with those colors. Guests were encouraged to ramble the property as they traveled from color to color, course to course, enjoying the land and all its bounties.
